Rates depend on a variety of factors including mileage to the event, the type and length of event, and specific requests.

Extras and Add Ons

Travel Rates: 

  • There will be no travel fee for wedding events within Cache Valley, UT (Logan, UT and surrounding areas). 

  • Travel Rates are dependent on location of the wedding event outside of Cache Valley. Chelsey will provide a Travel Rate for your wedding event when location details are provided.

Song Requests:

  • Additional song requests cost (3-4 included in wedding packages): $50- $100 dependent on the difficulty of the song.

Professional Studio Recordings:

  • Professional studio recordings are $100 per recording.

Cartage Fee:

  • Moving equipment between ceremony and cocktail hour: $50

If for any reason the event is delayed, a $50 fee is charged for every 15 minutes delayed. 

Other Event Rates

$600 for the first hour and $300 per every hour in addition

Weather/Playing Conditions


There must be a clean, flat, dry surface for the harpist to play on. It is understood that the harp is very delicate and may be harmed if in direct sunlight or other conditions. If an event is to be held outdoors, the client must provide adequate shade or cover for the harp. If the event is outside, it is required that the temperature should be between 50 - 85 degrees Farenheit.

Payment and Deposit


A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at the time the contract is signed. Dates are only reserved once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed and returned to Chelsey. The balance in full is due two weeks before the event date.

Any special music requests should be given as soon as possible. Music requests may incur an additional fee if given with less than four weeks notice prior to the event.
